Thanks for choosing MyCat Daily. These terms explain how the app works and what to expect when you use it.

Features include daily checklists, reminders and notifications, medication tracking, vet visit logs, attachments for photos or PDFs, and support for multiple cats.

If you are under the age required to accept these terms in your region, please use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

• You may use MyCat Daily for your personal, non‑commercial cat care.
• Please do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app.
• Please do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you add, including notes, reminders, and attachments. We do not review or verify it.

• Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features.
• Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings at any time.
• Restore purchases from within the app if you reinstall or change devices.

Some features are available in the Free tier, and some are reserved for Pro. We’ll clearly show what’s included before you upgrade.

MyCat Daily is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error‑free operation. The app does not replace professional veterinary advice.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused or if required by law. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

If we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice inside the app or on our website.

Governing law: United States, California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in California, unless applicable law says otherwise.
